  • this depends on a few things. if we have the coffee roasted and packed, we try to ship it asap.

delivery times vary depending on your location, courier and import duties, but here is an estimation of arrival after your package has been shipped:

    • netherlands - 1-2 working days + saturdays

    • within the eu - 3-5 working days

    • UK - 5-10 working days

    • elsewhere - please contact us for an estimation.

  • If your order is already in transit and the courier attempted delivery or there seems to be a mistake in the shipping address, please contact the local customer service of the courier directly to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If the package is returned to us, we don’t cover any shipping costs. In that case, we recommend placing a second order, since we’re already shipping then, we can include your returned items in that new shipment.

coffee

  • We recommend letting the coffees rest for at least 14 days before brewing. However, this varies due to roast, origin, altitude, processing and other bean characteristics.

The coffees will keep their vibrancy for at least 2 months before they will lose some of their character.

  • We source our coffee from all over the world. We’re always looking for something that surprises us when cupping, wether it’s clean, funky or exclusive.

We source either directly from producers or with just one party in between (exporter/importer). This keeps our supply chain short, traceable, and transparent. we aim for long-lasting relationships with farmers and partners who share the same values as us.

we share he supply chain and price-breakdown of each coffee on the packaging.

  • all our coffee is roasted & packaged fresh.

we recommend closing the bags with its zipper and storing it in a dark, dry and cool place.

  • no we do not offer ground coffee. this because coffee loses up to 70% of its aromas in the first minutes after grinding. therefore we always recommend grinding the coffee just before brewing for the optimal flavor experience.

  • this depends on coffee origin, variety, roast, processing and brewing method.

we recommend the following recipes as a starting point and suggest to experiment from there.

espresso: 18.5g in, 40g out in 26 seconds.

    filter: 15g coffee, 225ml water at 91 degrees celsius, total brew time 02:30min. 00:00-00:30 50ml bloom / 00:30 +175ml / 01:00 +50ml / 01:15 +50ml
